These tasks are carried out in every accessible room of your home as part of the standard service.

• Vacuuming all carpets and hard floors in every room
• Wiping mirrors and glass surfaces clean (windows not included)
• Damp mopping hard floors where the material allows it
• Emptying all waste bins (the customer ensures access to the building's waste area)
• Removing visible marks from light switches, door handles, and door frames
• Dusting all flat surfaces within normal reach (up to approx. 180 cm)

A thorough clean covering all surfaces, appliances, and floors in the kitchen.

• Wiping down the stovetop and any visible cooker surfaces
• Cleaning the sink and the area around it
• Wiping the outer surfaces of the microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator
• Cleaning the outside of the extractor hood
• Wiping down smaller appliances such as the coffee maker, toaster, and blender
• Loading dishes into the dishwasher (upon request, when dishes are present)
• Vacuuming carpets and hard floors
• Dusting all flat surfaces within normal reach (up to approx. 180 cm)
• Damp mopping floors where the material allows it

Thorough cleaning and sanitising of all bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and flooring.

• Washing the shower area, including glass shower panels
• Scrubbing and disinfecting the toilet, bathtub, wash basin, and floors, with stain removal
• Vacuuming carpets and hard floors
• Damp mopping floors where the material allows it
• Wiping mirrors and glass surfaces clean (windows not included)
• Dusting all flat surfaces within normal reach (up to approx. 180 cm)

Full bedroom service including bed care, surface dusting, and floor cleaning.

• Changing bed linen (only when the customer has placed clean sheets on the bed)
• Making the bed
• Vacuuming all carpets and hard floors in the bedroom
• Damp mopping floors where the material allows it
• Dusting all flat surfaces within normal reach (up to approx. 180 cm)
• Wiping mirrors and glass surfaces clean (windows not included)

For full transparency, the following fall outside the scope of a standard home cleaning:

• Moving heavy furniture or large household appliances
• Cleaning ceilings or elevated areas that require a ladder or special tools
• Wiping or washing walls, or dusting framed pictures
• Deep cleaning of upholstered furniture or soft furnishings
• Removing stubborn, aged, or permanent stains
• Post-construction or renovation clean-up
• Cleaning ventilation grilles, air vents, or ventilation openings
• Cleaning floor drains or drain traps
